Chichén Itzá, before the buses arrive
You go in while the site still breathes: fewer people, softer light, and real time to take in the Kukulkán Temple without the crowds.
Cenote Hubiku + buffet or Cenote Noolha + local meal — your choice
Swim in crystal-clear water, then, depending on the option you choose: a cochinita pibil buffet right by Cenote Hubiku, or an à la carte meal at a local restaurant on the way to Noolha.

You climb one of the few Maya temples you’re still allowed to climb — a very different Maya city from Chichén Itzá, with the Yucatán jungle stretching out in every direction from the top.

Is it too tiring to visit two archaeological sites in one day?
It’s an active day (we leave at 7am and return in the mid-afternoon), but the itinerary leaves room to relax and enjoy the meal between stops. You’re not rushing from place to place. Travelers who try the local restaurant meal say the day feels complete, without the rush of a typical tour.
Do you pick me up at my hotel, or do I need to get to a meeting point?
We pick you up directly at your hotel within Valladolid between 6:45 and 7:00am. If you’re staying just outside the city (for example, near Suytun or by Selva Maya), a $200 MXN surcharge applies. If your accommodation is farther away — Ek Balam, Chichimilá, Riviera Maya, and similar — message us on WhatsApp to check availability and cost.
Is this a good fit for kids or older adults?
Yes, though it’s a longer day than the Itzá Experience. If you’re traveling with young children or people with limited mobility, tell us on WhatsApp before booking so we can adjust what’s needed.
Is it worth climbing the Ek Balam Acropolis after Chichén Itzá?
Yes — it’s one of the few Maya temples you can still climb, and we arrive past midday, when there are fewer people than at Chichén Itzá in the morning.
Can I book with an English-speaking guide, or without a guide?
